Wole is an accomplished oil and gas engineering and business development professional having worked in technical, planning and commercial disciplines of the industry. In his more than twenty years of oil and gas career, he has supervised major pipelines and facilities construction projects, held responsibility for asset engineering planning and brown field projects coordination, corporate business planning and as an economist.
At senior level he has managed studies to mature a number of green and brown field opportunities mainly in the North Sea and West African regions based. His in-depth understanding of key value drivers led to his appointment into facilities engineering advisory role for asset growth and business development functions with top independent UK-based operators.
Wole started his career with the Heinekens group as a management trainee at Nigerian Breweries and in his less than four years stint rose to senior engineer level prior to leaving for the oil and gas sector with the Royal Dutch Shell group where he worked in Nigeria, the UK and the US at various times.
He is a honours graduate of Mechanical Engineering from University of Ibadan, Nigeria’s premier university institution. He has attended many international professional and leadership courses, conferences and seminars.
