Bayo is a Mechanical Engineer with first class honours degree and over 26 years’ experience working with Shell and other world major Oil and Gas JV operators. He has successfully completed a wide range of multi-billion $ upstream oil and gas projects.
He is a Principal Oil and Gas Facilities Engineer with supervisory experience in Facilities Project Management, FEED, Design, Construction, Costing, Planning, Modification, Troubleshooting, Safety Engineering and Contracting. Well broaden in C2V and RTL activities, as well as Oil and Gas facilities operations support and production coordination.
He is experienced in Process Safety, Safety Engineering, Process Design and Engineering, Interdisciplinary Coordination, Cost Estimation, Planning Interface with Project Planning and controls, and Construction Support. Further skills were obtained in mentoring less experienced technical staff.
Experienced leader and facilitator of Value Engineering Reviews, Project Delivery Reviews and Technical Safety Reviews. Throughout his career with Shell and other E&P’s, he has been engaged in managing multi-billion $ projects in the upstream oil and gas sector and has acquired worldwide experience in dynamics of the energy industry.
