Kayode Adedipe

Kayode is a chartered Oil & Gas Facilities Engineer and KPMG Certified Auditor. Amongst others, he offers 28yrs of experience in Oil & Gas Exploration and Production with a major multinational Oil Company (Shell). During his career, he acquired skills in Project Management, Planning, Design, Construction and Commissioning of pipelines and facilities, and Risks Management. While in service with Shell, ‘Kayode received organizational recognition awards for a team Quality Well Delivery Process project and individual acknowledgements for proposing cost-saving engineering concepts that were implemented by the company.

Academically, Kayode has a bachelor’s in Biblical Studies (Nigeria), a master’s in Mechanical Engineering (Europe), and a master’s in Strategic Leadership (USA). He is currently rounding up a master’s program in Theology (USA) as well as pursuing a doctoral program in Organizational Leadership (USA).
Beyond the Energy industry, and as a multi-skilled, global and versatile individual,

‘Kayode is involved in Christian ministry, and passionate about mentoring of young adults as future leaders. He consults internationally on organizational strategies and leadership development mainly with not for profit organizations, and sits on the board of an international organization for advocacy for universal health coverage (UHC) named CESAHA.)
